Botulax 300U is a peripheral muscle relaxant with purified botulinum toxin type A (in combination with haemagglutinin) and sodium chloride (excipient). It works by blocking the transmission of nerve impulses, disrupting the synthesis of acetylcholine and causing temporary facial muscle paralysis. This relaxes muscles and smooths out wrinkles.
